Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within one week of receiving it and we'll make it right.
Returns: Not in love with your item? You can return it within 30 days of your order date. Kits must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Exchanges: Want a different color? We're happy to help! You'll just need to cover the shipping cost for the new kit.

Return Instructions
Return products in their original packaging to 7184 Boekel Rd, Rathdrum, ID 83858. Refunds will be issued as soon as customer service has the tracking number of the return. Please allow 2-7 days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
Price Adjustment Policy
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within the 7 days following your order.
Delivery Times
The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location. Shipments take place in two stages, processing and transit. Processing and packing times are estimated 2-3 business days. This excludes orders placed on the weekend. Transit: 2-7 business days.
Lost or Damaged Orders
